Optional: nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the crumbled tofu and cook, stirring occasionally for about 5-7 minutes, until lightly browned.
Add the chopped bell pepper, onion, and spinach. Cook until the veggies are tender.
Stir in turmeric and black salt. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Optionally, sprinkle with nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor.
