vanilla or your favorite flavor

almond flour or oats
gluten-free option

baking powder

unsweetened almond milk
or any milk of your choice

vanilla extract

fresh berries
for topping

maple syrup
for drizzle
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine protein powder, almond flour (or oats), and baking powder.
Add almond milk and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray.
Pour the batter onto the skillet in small circles and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Serve the pancakes topped with fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
