In a small saucepan, add 1 stick of butter & 1 bunch of thyme
Heat saucepan on very low allowing your butter to melt and the flavors to mend together. This will take about 5 minutes
Be sure to keep an eye on your butter so it does not burn
Remove from heat, add in honey, salt & pepper. Taste and adjust flavors to your liking
Remove your thyme & allow butter to cool in the fridge for 10 minutes. It is okay if bits of thyme are left behind in your butter
Once your butter is cooled, mix it together & store in an airtight container
Alternate Storing Option
To roll your butter into a log, use plastic wrap. Add butter in a straight line and then roll the butter with the plastic wrap like a burrito. Twist both ends to allow plastic wrap to tighten around butter and form a log
