Any kind, Whole milk, almond, rice, cashew, etc.

Lemon juice or Vinegar
Instructions
Measure out 1 cup of milk and add in 1tbsp acid, mix together
Let sit for 5-10 minutes until mixuture gets slightly thick & lumpy
Use buttermilk right away
