Olive oil for sautéing
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your grill or oven to medium heat. Grill the tomato halves until softened and lightly charred.
In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the spinach until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
Toast the slices of bread.
In a small pot, warm the baked beans.
Assemble by placing the beans, grilled tomatoes, sausage, sautéed spinach, and toast on a plate.
