ripe avocado
Zest of 1/2 lemon
Pinch
of chili flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Toppings: everything bagel season
hummus, or sunflower seeds for topping
Instructions
Toast the bread slices to your desired crispness.
In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice of toast.
Top with lemon zest, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
For extra protein, add a layer of hummus or sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
