- Remove the membrane from the back of your ribs. You can pull this off easily using your hands. (See the video for a step by step tutorial)
- Once you have removed the membrane from both of your racks of ribs, begin to rub a generous amount of your spice blend to the front and back of your ribs. Make sure you spread an even amount across both racks.
- Once your ribs are evenly seasoned, place ribs in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, flip your ribs, add about 1/2 cup of stock to the bottom of your baking dish, recover with foil and cook for an additional 1 hr to 1 hr 1/2 or until ribs are fork-tender and they fall off of the bone.
- Enjoy ribs as is or if preferred add BBQ sauce to them.
