Easy Mango Salsa

Go-To Mango Salsa
This mango salsa is so versatile. It's sweet and savory notes pair well with lobster, shrimp, salmon, beef, tofu, guacamole. You name it, I've probably paired it! The sweetness of the mango, honey, and red bell peppers complement the savory notes from the cilantro and the acidity from the lime. Adding a dash of salt and pepper binds and enhances all of the flavors creating a multilayered fusion. It's magical! Alongside the mango, a great addition to this would be pineapple or black beans.
Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 each Ripe Mango Small diced
- 1 each Red Onion - Small Small diced
- 1 each Red Bell Pepper - Small Small diced
- 1 tsp Fresh Lime juice or Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 bunch Cilantro Small chopped
Instructions
- Peel mangos and small dice them. Small dice red onions and peppers as well. Add mangos, red onions, and peppers to a medium-size bowl.
- Add fresh-squeezed lime or lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add honey & mix together.
- Add in your cilantro and mix together
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Enjoy!
Notes
If your mangos are not very ripe you may want to add more honey. Taste recipe and adjust as needed.
Another great addition would be diced pineapple.
